Siradell, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting your personal and financial information when you visit
our Web site. In the course of doing business with Siradell, you share personal and financial information
with us. We treat this information as confidential. You may provide information when communicating or
transacting with us in writing, electronically, or by phone. For instance, information may come from
correspondence, e-mail, and transactions with us.

We do not sell information about current or former customers to any third parties, and we do not disclose it
to third parties unless necessary to process a transaction, provide customer service, or as otherwise
permitted by law. We may share information with companies that perform administrative or marketing
services for Siradell. When we enter into such a relationship, our contracts restrict the companies' use of
our customer information, prohibiting them from sharing or using it for any purposes other than those for
which they were hired.

Information you give us

way. For example, we collect information you provide when you place an order, send us e-mail or call us.

Siradell does not sell its customers' e-mail addresses to third parties. We may disclose customers' e-mail
addresses to third parties who perform administrative or marketing services for us as described in the

Siradell uses a browser feature known as a cookie, which assigns a unique identification to your computer.
Cookies also allow us to make our site more responsive to your needs, by delivering a better and more
personalized experience to you. The cookies are typically stored on your computer's hard drive and are used
by Siradell to help track your clicks as you go through the pages within our Web site. In addition, Siradell
uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping bag and to tell us whether you have

Siradell believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all of our customers. We provide
current and effective security measures on our Web site. It is our policy to never send private information,
such as your credit card number, via e-mail or other unsecured means. In fact, this is a practice we
recommend you adopt in all of your Internet activities.

We designed to accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, 3.0 versions or higher of Netscape Navigator and
versions 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. This means you'll be unable to inadvertently place an order
through an unsecured connection.


We may offer links to other sites. This privacy policy does NOT apply to any links to third party Web sites.

Return Policy

To help us keep our cost and our prices low, we require and appreciate your cooperation in honoring our
return policies.

We personally inspect all merchandise before it is shipped. If the product you receive fails to meet your
expectations please contact us via e-mail within 7 days of receipt. You will need a Return Authorization
number (RAN) before shipping the item back to us. Returns without a RAN will not be accepted. Your RAN
should be clearly shown on the outside of your return package.  You will also need to provide a reason for

Returns may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns shipping to us are paid at owners’ expense.

We have nearly a 100% accuracy in shipping the right product to our customers, but of course we’re not
perfect.  If we send you an item, which differs from what you ordered, we will promptly correct the mistake at
no additional charge. Just e-mail us to let us know.

Items damaged in shipping

We package all shipments as securely as we reasonably can, but damage in transit may occasionally
occur. If your package arrives showing severe physical damage to the shipping box, you may wish to refuse
delivery. If you accept delivery and later find that the product inside is damaged, please keep the shipping
box and e-mail us about the problem. We may require your assistance in filing a claim for damage with the
shipping company.
